PINK Restaurant Interiors

PINK is a very elegant and exclusive restaurant and bar for elite beach summer visitors with an exquisite menu from a local well known chef. During the day they visit in bathing suits and beach bags, making it an elegant yet casual destination. 

Not only was this restaurant accessible from the street, but also through the residential building's common areas allowing the residence owners to socialize with the sophisticated crowds late into the night.

This project included all natural and true materials, custom furniture and bathroom faucets, dramatic curtains, contemporary furniture, and the to-scale horse lamp by moooi, transforming the restaurant into a loud and lively bar at night allowing users to also transition into their evening wardrobe.

The existing complex structure of the building as well as the two different accesses dictated the program. A hidden kitchen entrance through a mirror door, a bar niche along the main corridor, a private living / dining area with small niches, and a main community table provide a scenario for extroverts and introverts, a great space for people watching. 

MEM Interiors participated in all phases of design in PINK Restaurant, including the staff uniforms, which unified the experience as a whole, not only for the restaurant visit, but for the building amenities as a luxury destination.
