A 360 degree ocean view double story penthouse with private elevator and pool. This third home for an art collector and building developer needed to be minimal in its finishes and lush in its decor.

We provided white finishes throughout which bounced the sunlight in the interior and the blue exterior view became the main attraction. All furniture was custom to fit the unusual space dimensions and to celebrate the view from all seating areas. Framed entrances to the bedrooms were distributed along the gallery corridor.

MEM Interiors worked the Interior Architecture with the architects of record during the construction of the building and developed all the interior design, lighting, HVAC systems, kitchen design, FF&E & procurement.
